The Perry L Williams Life Foundation Inc. provides comprehensive end to end services to address immediate needs such as clothing, food, hygiene, housing assistance, referrals to social services, as well a continuum of case management and supportive services that empower individuals as they achieve stability.

All Participants are taken through a comprehensive intake process to include:

• Needs and Intervention Assessment
• Self-Sufficiency Measures
• Education and Workforce Assessments

Individual Plans are developed based on the following assessments and self-sufficiency measures:

• Incomes/Finance
• Employment
• Housing Stability
• Education and Training
• Transportation
• Access to Healthcare
